Yes I did say that in an earlier post. It was a decision taken by Regional
Railways as an internal precaution. Further the new ROGS change the whole
playing field on rules and regulations and are very much based on a risk
approach hence my previous (admittedly brief if you were doing it for real)
debate about the risks and mitigation.
