Chiltern - FOI request and response

Browsing the DfT site and found some minutes and correspondence in a reply
to a freedom of information request.

They have tried to redact some of it, but made the schoolboy error or trying
to do this by simply making the text black in the source Word document and
then made the PDF. Simply highlighting the text and pasting into a text
editor reveals all.

Have a look and see what kinds of terms the government don't want to mention
to the public.
