It *is* the East Lancashire Railway.

45407 and its support coach often pass my house,
just south of the Earlestown triangle, on their journeys
to & from steam-hauled rail tour engagements.

They did so only yesterday (Sat.) to work today's
Crewe-Chester-Altrincham-Chester-Crewe shuttles.
