Eglin Airforce Base ( a Military Airfield with civilian facilities )
in the far west tip of Florida, has a railway track which passes
between the Airport Terminal Aprons and the runway
I can't see this on the satellite photos. There's some evidence of a disused trackbed approaching from the north (where an older map I have shows the entry to a loop around the centre of the site), but nothing still existing across the airfield.
(the longest in the world, so I was informed).
Edwards Air Force Base in California (15,000 ft plus 9,000 ft overrun) seems to be the longest. (I can't find a length for Eglin, but from Google Maps it looks as if it's about 12,000ft)
