Avantix question

What is actually carried on the Avantix PDA's?

Someone once said it contained NR timetable info and obviously prices.
Does it contain routing guides? maps? restrictions? Sun Tzu's art of
dealing with customers?

Another question
Is there things that a Guard/RPI/ticket inspector have to carry with
them on every journey? obviously they need to carry the ticket machine.
But do they still have to carry a NFM for that region? Green/Red
'flag'? whistle? Carriage Key?
