Quite a good programme, I thought, although it did seem to be a bit a cobble together of several other programmes with some new stuff in between. Not very well themed and structured, though. One minute progressing from steam to diesel (the only diesel being discussed being "Deltic") then Chris Green pontificating on the public view of Pendolino in thirty years time, then back to steam! The VSOE segment didn't seem to know if it was discussing the VSOE British Pullman or the European VSOE.
Managed to miss it as I was out - anyone know if it is to be repeated?
Criticisms aside though, Pete Waterman spoke a lot of sense, as did David Shepherd. Jenny Agutter still looks lovely after all these years!
