I can see real benefits in fast tracking people who take Heathrow
Express direct to departures, bypassing the ticket desks, but that's
presumably not the plan here, and woud assume that everyone taking the
train would be taking an aeroplane.

What about the peope who are not going to be flying - the
"meeter-greeters", whom HEx try to attract.
