Perhaps they would suit the off-peak Bxls services, but the peak time
trains can often be so full that there are very few free seats in first
class. I doubt they would want to reduce capacity on these trains.
Maybe they could offer shorter, more frequent, trains, but I'm not sure
that there is scope for this as the Bxls-London service is already
hourly between 16:00 and 19:00.
