Probably the majority on usenet as a whole still have text only readers.
This group has many Windows users so may be populated more by OE users,
but thankfully nearly everyone does have a clue, and conforms to usenet
standards/etiquette, which usually means text only, and bottom posting
to keep quotes in context.

The news server admins who would have to double their storage space and
Newserver bandwidth?
The isp's who would be carrying twice as much usenet traffic?
