Siderodromophilia

I came across the term "Siderodromophilia" recently and, not knowing
what it meant, did a Google search (it took me several attempts to get
the spelling right!).

I'm not going to comment on the results, except to say I'm stunned
that some medical experts have discovered this condition (?) and
created a word to describe it!!
