They would have no interest whatsoever. Directors loan accounts are an
everyday occurrence. The monies are not income, they are a loan from the
company, that is the person actually owes the company a debt.

Signing off your own personal expenses on a company card is not a directors
loan - it's a taxable allowance, HMRC will be very intyerested in that. The
only ligitimate way to transact a personal loan is by cashing a company
cheque. If this is what happened then whoever signed the cheques should be
resigning along with Mr K..
