Carrying on trading whilst debts which can never be settled are
building
up is an example of such illegality.
Certainly trading whilst insolvent would be illegal (although many
football clubs appear to be able to get away with it despite HMRC's
'best'
efforts). Are you implying that the .... is in that situation??
You should be cautious about making suggestions that any corporate body
is insolvent. Such unguarded asides could land you in the High Court
defending a libel action.

I made no such suggestion;

Yes you did; you were the first to suggest that a certain organisation
mught be insolvent, "Are you implying that the .... is in that situation??"

in fact I asked a question to clarify what should be inferred from your
comment "Carrying on trading whilst debts which can never be settled are
building up is an example of such illegality"

I was discussing company law, without reference to any particular
company.
