Sorry for the OT post, but hey, why change the habit of a lifetime!!!
I'm looking for a programme to mix some music. Basically, I want to mix a
load of CD tracks together and then load onto SD card, for a party.
Freeware or shareware, or to buy, not bothered.
Any ideas ladies and gentlemen?

Just drag and drop onto the media card using windows media player, save
a playlist as well then load the playlist into media player on the
computer at the party and make sure crossfading is enabled.

why would anyone ever use Media Player? Winamp! :P
With you on that...Winamp all the way!

A piece of software to look at is Ots Turntables - it can do playlists,
etc...but as you are controlling 2 turntables, you can beat-match and
pitch bend etc..

Only prob is the Free version has a message that pops up every few
tracks, you can probably remove that with Cool Edit/Audacity..

If nothing else its worth a play!

Try mixmeister http://www.mixmeister.com/products_mmexp6.html

brilliant piece of software..version 6 is better than 7 INMHO
