And had there been no such thing as repeaters, all this
daft business would not have taken place!

I'm sure something else would have appeared that triggered similar
problems, the ISS, packet radio (which did cause ructions of all sorts)
and so on.


Many people believed that the fake G8ASO was in fact
G1MTT. The latter is still in the paper callbook as
'details withheld' so it looks like he is still with us.


Probably at the same address listed in the reports of his prosecution I
suppose.
