its effects!


I'm wary of the home efficiency part of the the Home Information Packs
(HIPS).

It's not if you can do anything about the house if it was built during
victorian times and has got solid walls etc. But once there's enough HIPS
been issued the gov can then start using the figures for a new "green" tax.
