M3OSN is very reticent about his past perhaps with very much he would wish
to hide so I have no information for you. He is very quick to condemn the
universities that others attend, for example, but
runs-away-with-his-tail-between-his-legs
when the subject of his own alma mater comes up.

I can say that _I_ was never "dragged before the Courts for internet
stalking"
nor charged with such a thing. The We'll *** (All Over You) Conplodulary
had a severe case of eggs-on-the-face when I presented to them the evidence
of M3OSN's deliberate provocations and his admissions of such deliberacy
within
a couple of days of regaining Internet access, and pointed out to the plods
that
with the evidence so publicly available that they had failed to investigate
the matter
properly before jumping to the tune whistled by their fellow w*nkmason.

Here is a resume of what happened .....

That anyone is subjected to a malicious, misleading
and perjurous complaint to the plods is a reflection
on the complainer and not on the victim.

Brian Reay subjected me to a scurrilous,
distressing and grossly offensive campaign of harassment
over a two-year period when he regularly accused me of
sheep-shagging and of drinking methylated spirit. He said that
my wife was a sheep next to me in the bed. It is difficult to
understand the relevance
of such a campaign to the pursuit that is Ham Radio, but he
found it within his psyche to so behave.

That he conducted that campaign when he was under
training as a teacher in Dartford Girls' Grammar School from
Sept 2003 is very, very worrying now that the matter of Ian
Huntley has been brought once again into our consciences.

That he is a sexual pervert who is obsessed with sheep
shagging is in no doubt. That he is a danger to children
because of that obsession is also in no doubt. That he
should not be employed in _ANY_ capacity in any school
because he repeatedly published his obsession in an
international news group to which children have access is also
in no doubt.

When "the worm turned" and I finally made a stand against
his grossly offensive tirade, Brian Reay made his
false complaint to the plods. That he attempted to hide the
true nature of what had passed is a further reason why he
is unsuitable to be employed in any capacity in any school.

That Brian Reay persistently ignores requests to retract and
apologise for his grossly offensive and deliberately
insulting one-sided vendetta is a reflection, and a bad
reflection, on the quality of school-teachers today. That he
continues with his one-sided goading on the matters
discussed above that he alone was responsible for bringing
about is utterly, utterly shabby.
