From what I've seen, arrangements vary from rally to rally as regards costs
etc. I've paid the organisers the full amount in the past and, I assume,
they've sent on the sellers share. On other occassions, I've paid the seller
and he has paid the commission. Transactions tend to be cash or cheque
only.
People don't seem to hang around to deal with enquiries etc.
If you attach notes I'd expect then to be placed on the "front table" when
someone asks for a closer look etc., that is what I've seen in past.
