What frequency is your amp for? There are several modern devices around
that will do a better job for far less money e.g. BF998 is available
from Cricklewood for 50p.
If you still insist you want a 40673 or Birkett mosfet then I'll check
my suppliers ;)
I have checked my Items I have a 4.7Mh RF Choke I could use an MPF102 I think for that purpose.
Its a shortwave RF pre-selector I want to build.
It does not NEED to be an 40673 but some thing that will do the job.
