present himself as a director of a book publisher that claims to
represent the interests of all Radio Hams and short wave listeners.

As a public example in an international news group it is particularly
unsuitable conduct for someone cast as a role model in charge of children.

I would go so far as to suggest that such childish and mentally unstable
behaviour
renders you unsuitable to be employed in _ANY_ capacity in _ANY_ school.
