Sidestepping and Bullshitting About Maths

I see our Maintainer of Standards is up to his usual tricks again,
namely bullshitting and rewriting history to suit his own case.

First, read this quote:

I confess I'm sceptical of some specialisms but those for Maths, Technology,
and the other "hard" subjects have my support.

Note that this is quite different in meaning from the following,
posted in reply by the self-appointed, pompous Maintainer of
Standards:

If you find maths to be hard, then you're in the wrong job.

The cheap, and very transparent, twist is not that the first poster
finds the subject hard, but it suits the inadequate personality of the
second poster to impute that meaning to it, in order to assert 'a
right of reply' (or some such claptrap justification).

What a tedious little life the Maintianer of Standards must lead, if
this is the best he can do in a discussion. It's a strange way of
maintaining standards.
