M3

Hi all.
I am reading the posts in this newsgroup quite frequently and was wondering why (almost) everybody is complaining about the M3 Licences
Never had A conversation on Hf with one so I have no comparison to full licenced Amateurs.

Can anyone give me A reasonable explanation about the hows and whys?

I am just curious , nothing more.
