I see Yaesu have finally made it to the 21st Century with their FTM-10
dualband mobile.

Not one but two blue tooth interfaces - one for the mic/spkr and another
for the detachable head (with it's own built in mic). They'll be doing one
with an IPod connection and a Stereo RDS tuner for Broadcast FM next ;-)
And why not? Whatever the product is, it is inevitably a Cheque Book (CB)
radio available for those, "THE INCURABLE CBERS", who buy
their rigs off the shelf and send them back if ever needing repair.
A consumerist rig for the hoi polloi inevitably needs consumerist
gimmickry in order to sell. Those who thrive on such things won't
be sold the gear on its technical merits and characteristics, purely
on the consumerist bull*** (CB) that accompanies the advertisements
for it.
