Really, you have a short and very selective memory
I only know of someone who sold a fully-working FT101E because
he needed the space it was taking up.
You don't know the FT101E was fully working because you didn't have the
requisite knowledge or ability to tune it up - or for the sake of complete
accuracy - to manipulate the Preselector.
