This report refers to a former serial abuser of the Wireless Telephony
Act,
from the late 70s until the mid 80's when he went "legit" and sat the RAE.

Formerly the operator of illegal broadcast radio, and unlicensed use of
frequencies, modes, and power not even allocated now to fully licensed
radio
amateurs.

Is it because he is blind, that his former illegal activities are now
forgotten?

After disregarding the Wireless Telephony Act for many years, he is now
disregarding his tenancy agreement as well as local planning regulations.

The people whining on about how long he has been contravening planning
regulations may not realise that he lives in "social housing" provided by
the local council at the community's expense, to avail himself of a free
house, he has to comply with the tenancy agreement.

His attitude seems to have been, for the past 20 years, the law of the
land
and the rules and regulations everyone else has to live by, do not apply
to
me, because I am blind.

His contempt for the law is only a small part of his manifest stupidity,
as
his partner/wife is also blind or partially sighted, and they disregarded
the consequences of producing children, which all have similarly partially
sighted. He, and his family are nothing more than a burden on the local
community, and you and I as tax payers, who support his family, transport,
education, special needs, food etc. from the public funds to which we
contribute.

Someone so indebted to society in general should, at least, agree to live
on
his vast benefit handouts and comply with the same rules and regulations
as
his financial contributors.
We have no choice in his financial support, he has the choice to accept
our
money gracefully and in return, at the bare minimum, live at our expense
and
comply with the same set of rules and regulations as everyone else.
