Apart from being a prize prat who constantly fills an amateur radio news
group with garbage that has nothing to do with amateur radio in the UK
(contrary to your ISP's terms & conditions of use), you now demonstrate even
more stupidity.
This is the signal that synchronises all radio controlled devices such as
Jungens watches and other manufacturer's clocks etc.
Being on long wave, the delay is barely measurable, although, obviously, the
further away you are, the longer the delay.
However, as the signal fades out over Germany, I seriously doubt if any
delay is significant.

Why don't you lust look at the NG titles, and post your drivel to the
correct groups, there are over 100k of them,
Better still, get a hobby and stop mistaking the NG for packet radio! you
Caledonian cretin.
