Do you sincerely want to be conned? (Was : Re: Noise cancelling headphones)

"BOSE"?
Do you sincerely want to be conned?
Must be the only company that offers a plastic VHF radio, worth
all of £99-99p that won't advertise its price, and talks mystifyingly
of a "payment plan" and "part exchange".
Quidquid Latine dictum sit, altum viditur.
*NB* "altum" translates as, "high", and not as, "Profound", as
is frequently misinterpreted. Dicky Scowlface will be along in a minute
with his appropriately-chosen, "Smelly Poos" pseudonym to concur.
(I wonder which of the two he is, '8FPG or '8OYG? No matter - both
are indicative of someone who was either too lazy or too stupid, or
both,
to be able to tackle and pass a 12WPM Morse test that otherwise-
unqualified self-taught 14-year-olds were taking in their stride!
"Hell hath no fury like life's losers when they are scorned"?)
