I China in Chairman Mao's time there was a significant problem with
flies and the disease they carried around the population. Mao
decreed that every citizen was to kill ten flies each day. Just ten.
With China's huge population of many tens of millions - each killing ten
flies per day - the insect problem disappeared in just a few years. They
were being killed faster than they could breed.
Suppose we were all to call CQ on top of every M3 heard polluting the
bands. Every day. Every week. Every month . . . .
Squeeze them out. Kill them off. Remove the incentive for anyone to
take out one of these freebie CB licences. No point if the properly
licensed occupants won't let you use it.
The RSCB created the M3 fiasco. WE CAN KILL IT !!!
We should all stop complaining. And start acting - now !!
