You should be able to buy a digital receiver and just plug it in. However
you are restricted to only viewing "Free to view" channels, which is not
that many. You can buy a diseq 1.2 motor which will point at different
satellites and therefore give you more channels. But beware, these are not
easy to install as you need to be deadly accurate with it, so when the motor
move the dish, it follows the clarke belt precisely ! Once you have got it
working, you will find very little English speak "decent" channels. If you
can get hold of an old analogue receiver, I have been told you can still
receive EurosportUK without encryption. But I haven't got a analogue so I
haven't tried it.
