Univerisities attended, so far (various degrees and postgrad courses): Leeds
(when it was a Poly), University of Minnisota and St Pauls, Durham
University and Sheffield Hallam - please avoid them like the plague ;-)

table 1 shows the exposure limits to RF for the General Public. All I was
saying was that someone would have to us pretty much illegal RF power levels
to scan a passive ID card on a person without them knowing i.e without them
having to place their id card close to a reader (10mm). These RF levels are
however permitted in controlled environments like warehouses (where robots
work) and in toll booths - well I need not tell you about cars being faraday
cages need I?
