Yes please!
The driving standard of your average woman driver is abysmally low.
Their spacial awareness is usually totally inadequate and basic
maneuvering and car control skills very poor.
Men are more skilled at driving by far - but by make fools of
themselves by macho aggressive driving - which is dangerous stupid and
immature. Plus they usually think they are better drivers than they
are. Except me of course :-)
So basically women need much more driver training in actual driving
and men need more road-social awareness. How to measure or judge that
is difficult of course. Ideas?
So, different tests for men and women - and tests every 5 years which
HAVE to be passed.
Oh and raise the minimum driving age to 20.
1. Minimum driving age, 21 (should raise drinking age to 21 also, but
that's
for another thread)
2. Compulsory "P" plates for 12 months
3. Nothing bigger than a small engined car (size to be determined) until 5
years of driving experience with no accidents.
4. Test every 5 years, if you fail you have 6 months to pass or you WILL
lose your licence.
5. Test people every year at age 65+
6. Remove licence completely at age 75
7. Zero tolerance on driving with no licence or no insurance. Lose vehicle
and lose right to drive for life.
8. Instant loss of licence, for life, for drink driving.
9. No drink drive limit. Absolutely no alchohol at all.
10. To counter all this, puplic transport should be made more accessible,
more reliable and cheaper.
That should make the roads safer.
i'm glad i don't live in communist uk
you forgot
1) the compulsory speed limiters to 20 mph...
2) the full lining with cotton wool for all vehicles....
3)the compulsory 'new' labour party membership and £500 membership fee
Now you are being silly.
I notice, however, you do not give reasons why my suggestions would not
contribute to safer roads. Do you, perhaps, fall into one of the catagories
that would not be allowed a licence?
