If he were, he might also choose his words very carefully and

I definitely favour DC's current approach of being honest with
the electorate as much as he can at this time.

That said, I agree with some of Salisbury's views but he needs
to see the size of DC's task ahead of him a little more closely...

Is he being honest about the EU constitution?
