used.

University education for the masses, can be the most corroding and

funny... empire total war introduced concept of educational towns to
research military/tech/agriculture etc.. allowing you to then improve
other things like army, farms etc.

but improving/building a town from college to university gives a negative
population satisfaction rating ("clamour for reform")

Many, so called universities, are temples of progressive left-wing
liberal ideas. Using state funds, they socially engineer those who
attend them, into loathing their own countries achievements and history.
Their aim is to turn out a future liberal army of western culture
haters. What in fact they may achieve though, is to bring western
civilisation down and allow barbarism to rule.
