By such foulness ye shall know your fellow practitioners of the black^H^H^H^Hwhite art of racism. The punishment to be admitted to these godless devils is as follows:

* Several night's torture in a Police cell while evidence is gathered against the evil transgressor.

* Public shaming in the national and parish newsletters.

* A vigorous haranguing in public court.

If the evildoer confesses, he should be ridiculed and imprisoned. If the evildoer refuses to confess, he should be ridiculed, imprisoned and forced to pay costs.
