manufacturer is Chinese, currently churning out 400MW per year of PV
and intending to push that to 1GW quite soon. That's like one
nuclear power station per year capacity.

Importantly, it works when you need it most.... ie. when its night and cold.

true to a point....but keep in mind that peak demand
is in the daytime...
eg from factories and while people are awake
