If the diminishing numbers I've noticed in recent months at my local
Lidls is anything to go by, it looks like it could well be happening.
Should bring on the recession here even faster.
I don't believe it - I hear more Polish voices than English these days
in my town (partly because English people don't talk much...)
I wouldn't blame them for going back though - when they first came,
you got 7 zloty for a quid, now it's only four. Their wages have
effectively almost been halved.
