"Casualty 1907", is an interesting idea for a docudrama - giving an insight
into the conditions and practices of an Edwardian hospital. But when the
programme-makers were sitting down to plan the thing, someone will have said
"we need an Indian nurse". The likelihood of a 1907 London hospital
employing an Indian and that she would work and socialise as if her race
were no issue at all, would be very, very slim. This is what is going on at
the BBC - taxpayer funded, social engineering; presenting history as they
knew it never happened in order to further a political aim.

I thought exactly the same. A token, that's all. Political
Correctness. It was an interesting programme, though.
