however, there is a group called sommat like alt.politics.uk
that may be narrower in focus and the are some specialist
groups in the uk.politics.various hierarchy, that may interest
you...

i think it likely there is a way of filtering all but posts only
addressed only to upm but it hasn't been within my concerns to
seek such a filter....
perhaps a nerd will be interested in helping you
