Anyone who has a dispute with another person is free to settle the matter
without using the UK civil courts. And anyone who has ever watched shows
like 'Judge Judy' knows that not only here but elsewhere, people are free
to settle matters using other forms of dispute resolution if they so
choose.

So, if people who worship in the Muslim faith choose to settle their
disputes via sharia courts, they are free to do so.
