"There is nothing about any 'carbon dioxide' in the Bible," said Rev.
Luke Hatfield of Christchurch Ministries in Topeka, KS. "What's next?
Claims that so-called 'fossil' fuels come from mythical creatures like
dinosaurs? This has been a sad step backward for our nation."
The denialists being those who deny the existence of CO2, which
Bush now accepts exists. Nothing there about him accepting its role
in climate change.
you can't expect everything at once...
You'll have to wait for a greeny-red socialist government for that.
You probably won't have to wait long.
an inspiring choice....
Yoo made yer global warming bed, now you have to lie in it. The
whole movement's infested with 'em. I spotted that some while ago
when I heard their mantras...
amazing!
It is amazing that those who have a genuine interest in improving
the environmental state of Earth, like yourself and many others,
have allowed the campaign to be hijacked by the anti-car lobby,
back-to-bicycles lobby, don't-use-planes lobby and all the other
k00ks and politicians, because they're mostly all socialists with an
axe to grind or an agenda.
I'd be a lot happier for pols to come out and tell the truth and
present policies to deal with the real issues which we *can* do
something about.
you exaggerate the short term power of intelligence and
under-estimate the super abundance of stupidity available in
the world...
the stupidity and selfishness of most dressed up monkeys should
never be forgotten....
dishonesty, shortsightedness and foolishness rule the herds
the herds bleat for a free lunch while most farmers measure their
stature in the sizes of their bank accounts...
the farmers then infect the sheep with their vanities....
most people can never reach outside their skins, they believe
that their own skins demarcate the bounds of the universe...
most people build their 'beliefs' around whatever justifies to
their own vacuity and vanity....
they grab onto fashions no differently than teens follow pop
groups...
they don't go green on the basis of data and reasoning....
they go green out of opportunism and wear it like a new coat
until they can find another newer fad....
socialism is as keynes put it
"Marxian Socialism must always remain a portent to the historians of
Opinion - how a doctrine so illogical and so dull can have exercised
so powerful and enduring an influence over the minds of men, and,
through them, the events of history."
with such a destructive emptiness in the head, why would you suppose
its adherents have any time or place for independent thought?
opportunism and fashion is all that is left once you have pithed the
spine.
and many of the rest are now expending much of their life's effort in
paying out for the parasites...
thought requires what most see as unnecessary effort
But do you agree that those people have hijacked the good cause
of improving Earth's environment ... and have seriously hijacked
the climate change issue and dealing with oil depletion to the point
that *real* policies which might be taken to mitigate its effects
are clouded in dogma, which will ultimately lead to poor decisions?
they've been at it for at least 40 years....it the watermelons that
spent great efforts fighting nuclear power and put us in this
position in the first place...
Agreed. It's been interesting watching them squirm now.
Of course their new solution is wind and water...
it's them who undermined american will in vietnam when the
military battle was already won...
it's them who tried to keep socialist madsam in power....
it's them as appeased the iranians outlaws and on and on and on
When I see you supporting their agendas and those of Blair and Gore
and all the greengos, I wonder what's happening.
you hardly need to....
you continually confuse policies with buying the whole shopping bag
But a large part of the shopping bag that you've bought is the
belief that mankind can materially affect climate change, despite
the flawed science and modelling etc. That is bound to encourage
others to attach labels...

Should Al Gore's wooden head be used as a carbon sink?
