No it doesn't and it isn't 'Sarkozy's mini treaty' but an agreement
between 27 nations representing 450 million people. The treaty makes
reference to past treaties of course and in adding them all up one may
well come to 3000 pages but despite what you say, the new, proposed
treaty (for nothing definitive has yet been published) is not 3000 pages
long. Why don't you just *** off with your bollocks instead of making
yourself look a ranting fool?

That's a fatal combination of protesting too much and throwing stones
