Can you remember the last time the BBC made such a
deliberately provocative statement?....no, neither can I.
What on earth are you on about? I see nothing provocative
in the statement - it's merely a statement of fact.
Yes...The BBC are very selective with their 'facts'.
No explanation, just repeating the same claim.
They use similar wording quite often.

released this weekend in recognition of the time
already served in prison on remand
taking time on remand into account, the
Parole Board is being asked to assess a significant number
of offenders almost as soon as they have arrived in custody.
jailed on 2 November 2006 and was remanded in custody
on 4 November. The judge ruled that the time spent on
remand should count towards his sentence
