For the average guy in the street I have to ask how is this case not
being treated as murder at this stage? Obviously there is much more
known to the police than has been reported in this article, but the

You know it's possible that he was walking alone near the firth after a
perfectly voluntary little bondage episode and then his head just kind of
fell off...........

You shouldn't go jumping to unfounded conclusions like that!
