I asked the question of you, "name one substance that is poison to a
rat but safe for a human", you then wandered off into definitions of
"safe" and "poison" in absence of any real answer to my question.

You then posit that nothing is "safe" for humans, well don't starve or
die of thirst in your paranoia will you... :) remember, according to
you,
water is poison....

As I said before, you can ask any question you like,
I am under no obligation to answer it.

Well thats not really playing fair in a discussion is it

Nor is asking 'do I still beat my wife'.

Do I detect a guilty conscience....

I never asked you such a thing, makes me wonder why you mention it???

If I disagree with the premise of the question,
I am entitled not to answer.

Well I rephrased the question to address your issues about definition
of the term "safe" and you still didn't answer

As the question was as you put it,
an (obscure) subdivision of my statement,
based on loose or ill defined language (safe for humans) it had little
merit.

Again you seem to revert to your nonsense statements which bear no
relation to what I actually said.

Rest not read.

Well its somewhat off topic anyway, as you not surprisingly for a
political worm like yourself avoided the very pertinent question I asked
on the topic of this thread by starting to waffle about some old argument
you lost ages ago, you still have not told me what you think the TLA ITN
stands for....

Fact is, it stands for

ITN (Independent Television News)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ITN

And what does ITV stand for....

ITV (Independent Television)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ITV

Therefore referring to them as ITV News is perfectly grammatically correct.
