the catalogue of nonsense is almost amusing....

Unfortunately, destructive criticism of one's opponents, or even of
the maker of a programme that featured them, is not the same as
countering their arguments. Perhaps it is to one side's credit that
they haven't taken that route, but gone for the alleged science and
the manipulated data instead. It also says much about the quality of
the original argument, if all that can support it is a religious-like
fervour and personal persecution.
