Here's the deal. You give us a hundred billion dollars, we'll put you
on the Moon. No bucks, no Buck Rogers.
Hard to belive that the only complete and decent quality record of events
should go 'missing' before it could be scrutinised by 'modern' methods.
It's a telemetry tape. It's mostly things like '103:42:17 Fuel Cell 1
Exhaust Temperature 137.42 degrees'. No-one has given a crap about it
for decades, which is why no-one knows where they put the tapes.
It's only recently that anyone realised that the video data recorded on
the tapes was significantly higher quality than the master copy of the
video that we've been using for decades, which is why some people want
to find them. Some other people want to find them because they're now
building spacecraft to go back to the Moon, so they do now want to find
out how fuel cells worked in Lunar orbit (or whatever other technical
data may be on the tapes).
Whether you are prone to believing conspiracy theories or not.....does
anyone else think this is all a little fishy?
No. The Moon Loons are a bunch of fruitcakes.
