The poor police, SO overworked and stressed they are now using Health and
Safety bollocks to get out of doing work we pay them to do. When will they
start tackling these criminals that have driven the UK under New Liebour
to
become one big shithole?

COPS refused to chase a gang who nicked a moped because the yobs did not
have HELMETS.

The barmy decision was taken for health and safety reasons ? in case the
thieves got hurt.

And the Association of Chief Police Officers last night backed the policy.

Engineer Max Foster, 18, woke at a pal?s house to see thugs riding his
£1,200 Gilera 180cc up and down the street.

The trio fled with his bike and cops would not chase them. Max, of
Coleford, Somerset, said: ?It gives thieves a way to steal as many bikes
as
they want.?

The ACPO said: ?There is no ban but most forces will adopt similar
stances.?

Oh FFS! "In case the thieves got hurt". Who cares if they did? I
certainly don't. What about the safety of the law-abiding public, who might
get run over/attacked by them? Absolutely incredible. Vigilantism, here we
come.

As for the poor *** who got badly beat up then cuffed by cops (for
his own safety? my fucking arse!), while the gang were free to go. What the
cops should've done was bring round the meat-wagon and arrest the whole
fucking lot of them, then sort out the minor details back at the station.
