jollies.

ISTM quite odd that Blair should be wanting to buy two planes for his
personal use if he's planning to quit within a year. Courtesy demands
that he should leave the choice and detail to his successor.

He will use them for the frequent trips to Brussels, even after he is
no longer PM. As the EU Dictator of Britain, he needs to keep in touch
with his special interests back home. The smaller plane is for weekend
guests.
