Thank G'd they don't use horses (or crossbows) anymore! It doesn't apply!
It only says they "may" have come with horses etc., so the clause does
still apply. Magna Carta of course is a superior part of the British
Constitution and so must be applied. Either that or Lord Justice
Laws's judgement is wrong and English law takes precedence over EU law
and quite probably all actions under pretended EU law are ultra vires.
