no dissent...

Delaying functions are both too weak and too strong. I would rather
limit the scope of the HoL (to civil liberties, holding the exec to
account and the constitution) and within that scope give the right to
strike down

that is close to a constitution....but the old pseudo-constitution
is being marmelised by ambitious fools....
trust is in tatters...yet i can see no *immediate real* constitution
riding over the hill this week...

care to fill in some details/examples?
