I didn't say I was an expert, but the intelligence srvices do have experts. I imagine that some form of reactive agent would need to be administered.

Well, now, there's a wonderfully vague term: "a reactive agent"! You do know what causes an aneurysm, I suppose. Or perhaps not if you think it can be induced by a "reactive agent".
